Terms of service
Effective date: September 6, 2026.
These Terms are between you and Voyage Studios LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company, governing your use of Sitearc.
The service
Sitearc connects to your sites, stores related workspace data, proposes changes, and measures what shipped after you approve them.
Accounts
You need an account to use Sitearc. You are responsible for the sites you connect and the credentials you grant.
Acceptable use
You will not use Sitearc to attack, scrape, or misrepresent a site you do not control.
Billing and credits
Paid plans are not currently purchasable. If paid billing is enabled, Stripe processes payments. Credits meter usage and do not carry a cash refund except where the law requires one.
Data
We store what you connect, what visitors submit, and what the loop produces. Form notifications are separate delivery attempts. Provider acceptance does not prove final email arrival or downstream webhook processing. See the privacy policy for detail.
Self-hosting
The managed service and self-hosted software are different paths. Self-hosted operators run their own infrastructure, provider accounts, recipients, jobs, backups, and retention operations.
Termination
Either party may end the account. The Company may suspend access that violates acceptable use.
Liability
Sitearc is provided as is. The Company's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
Governing law
Florida law governs these Terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here.
