Sitearc/Privacy policy

Legal

Privacy policy

Effective date: September 6, 2026.

This policy explains how Voyage Studios LLC, a Florida limited liability company, handles data through Sitearc. We refer to Voyage Studios LLC as "the Company," "we," or "us" below.

What we collect

We collect your account details and encrypted credentials for sites you connect. We also collect Search Console and Analytics data for connected properties. Our crawl reads and stores page content for your connected sites. When forms are enabled, we store settings, submitted values, destinations, and delivery status. If paid billing is enabled, Stripe processes payments.

Connected accounts

When you connect Search Console or Analytics, we read clicks, impressions, position, and traffic for the property you choose. When you link a repository, we will read only what is needed to open a pull request. That will include checking its preview deployment. We never store your Google or GitHub password.

Subprocessors

Cloudflare, Neon, Anthropic, DataForSEO, Google, PostHog, and Vercel process data on our behalf to run Sitearc. Stripe and Loops process data only when related billing or email features are enabled. Customer webhooks receive submissions only when you configure them. See our data processing addendum for how each one is bound.

Retention

We keep account and site data while your account is active. We keep measurement history for as long as it supports a learning. Form retention is applied when forms are enabled. Exports, backups, logs, and recipient systems have their own retention.

Deletion

You can delete a connected site or your account at any time. We erase the data we hold for it on request, other than what the law requires us to keep. Deleting a form response removes its delivery records from the database. It cannot recall a notification already sent or accepted.

Self-hosted use

If you self-host Sitearc, you operate your own infrastructure and provider accounts. You are responsible for your own recipients, jobs, backups, logs, exports, and retention operations.
